We’re lucky to be located in an area that is surrounded by so much outstanding flavor. An hour drive in almost any direction can put you in local produce, seafood and more. When it comes to cooking it up in the kitchen, all the local flavor just amplifies the dish and we’re excited to experiment as much as possible.
Recently, we paired local crab with Chef Andrea’s signature reggiano cream sauce. Served over fresh artichoke and spinach on a bed of penne pasta, this dish makes your mouth water. You have to taste it to believe it!
