What is it about food that makes it great for you? For some, it’s the creativity. For some, it’s the ingredients. For some, it’s the presentation and the taste. For some, it may be something entirely different. But for all of us, there is something that draws us to food. We enjoy it and all of it’s complexity.
Because of this reason, we work hard to continue to challenge the “norm”. We want create dishes you know and blend them with new and creative. We want to leave you wondering, “what just happened here?” We want to create an experience that you’ll remember and make you want to come back.
If that’s ever not the case, please let us know. And if you want to learn more about what we’ve been doing at Andrea’s, please stop in soon, we’re more than happy to share!

Summer is great because the freshness and taste of all the locally sourced ingredients we get are out of this world. Our imported ingredients as well as our local selections allow for us to create some really unique dishes that we hope that you enjoy.
Speaking of, have you tried our fresh mozzarella appetizer? It’s house made mozzarella, prosciutto and roasted red peppers drizzled in a balsamic reduction. It’s light, fresh, and full of flavor.
Come in today to try some!
Carbonara comes from the Italian word “carbonaro” which means charcoal burner. Carbonara was the dish that most of the coal miners use to eat because it was made up of most of the food groups and was a hearty meal that sustain them for a large portion of the day while they were at work in the mines.
There a few different variations of how it’s made but Chef Andrea likes making it with pancetta, local egg yokes, grated pecorino Romano cheese, cracked black pepper and plenty of chopped Italian parsley tossed with al dente dececco spaghetti. It’s a rich dish with plenty of flavor and pairs nicely with a sangria or your favorites Italian wine.
Come in today to try our take on an Italian staple!
We’re lucky to be located in an area that is surrounded by so much outstanding flavor. An hour drive in almost any direction can put you in local produce, seafood and more. When it comes to cooking it up in the kitchen, all the local flavor just amplifies the dish and we’re excited to experiment as much as possible.
Recently, we paired local crab with Chef Andrea’s signature reggiano cream sauce. Served over fresh artichoke and spinach on a bed of penne pasta, this dish makes your mouth water. You have to taste it to believe it!
Come in this week and see for yourself.
